Phase 5: Completion

WE LIKE TO COMPLETE the project with a 'lessons-learned" and "next generation" document to summarize what went well, what could be done better, and some ideas on what may be done to enhance the site further or in a later release.

CompletionAt this point, project management is handed over to the support and maintenance team, who will be responsible for providing enhancements and changes based on new requirements.

Phased Approach

1 Discovery. Define the business requirements, scope, existing system functionality, integration and technology constraints.

2 Analysis & Design. This includes the transformation of business requirements into technical specifications, schedules and budgets.

3 Development.  Usually the major part of the project costs, as we assign a team of programmers and web developers to build the system.

4 Implementation. Delivers the new system, integrates it into your production environment and ensures it is functioning according to specifications.

5 Completion. Project management is handed over to the support and maintenance team
