Phase 4: Implementation

FOLLOWING A PERIOD of rigorous testing, this phase involves working with your IT staff to deliver and install the new system code, integrate it into your production environment and ensure it is functioning according to specifications.

Implementation

Depending on your requirements, we will also do training of staff charged with managing and supporting the site, as well as "client" orientation to describe the features and benefits of the new site, typically as a short video and/or Flash tour.

Phased Approach

1 Discovery. Define the business requirements, scope, existing system functionality, integration and technology constraints.

2 Analysis & Design. This includes the transformation of business requirements into technical specifications, schedules and budgets.

3 Development.  Usually the major part of the project costs, as we assign a team of programmers and web developers to build the system.

4 Implementation. Delivers the new system, integrates it into your production environment and ensures it is functioning according to specifications.

5 Completion. Project management is handed over to the support and maintenance team
