Phase 3: Development

THIS PHASE INVOLVES the major part of the project costs, as we assign a team of programmers and web developers to build the system. It is best practice - and our strong preference - to have your designated project people involved during this phase to make decisions about "look and feel" and usability.

Development

We can deliver Phase 3 either on a fixed-price basis, or as a bounded time and materials project wherein spending is capped at a specific point.  If this cap is reached, you would then need to approve additional funds.

Phased Approach

1 Discovery. Define the business requirements, scope, existing system functionality, integration and technology constraints.

2 Analysis & Design. This includes the transformation of business requirements into technical specifications, schedules and budgets.

3 Development.  Usually the major part of the project costs, as we assign a team of programmers and web developers to build the system.

4 Implementation. Delivers the new system, integrates it into your production environment and ensures it is functioning according to specifications.

5 Completion. Project management is handed over to the support and maintenance team
