Phase 2: Analysis & Design

ADOPTING THE DECISION you have taken in Phase 1, we perform the detailed analysis, planning and design of the selected solution. This includes the transformation of business requirements into technical, functional specifications, the project schedules and budgets.

Design

The deliverables from this phase include detailed requirements, a budget and a project plan.

3 Development.  Usually the major part of the project costs, as we assign a team of programmers and web developers to build the system.

4 Implementation. Delivers the new system, integrates it into your production environment and ensures it is functioning according to specifications.

5 Completion. Project management is handed over to the support and maintenance team
